Organize your scientific project more efficiently with tools from professional Project Management.

Project Management is required in most professional jobs. And it’s even useful for doing your own scientific project! The workshop therefore will introduce basic tools and terms, IT tools and a look at new trends such as agile project management and take a glance of different “cultures” in applying them (industry and university).

Yet, the focus will be on how to use these tools to structure and plan the different tasks related to scientific qualification. We will ask for experiences and examples from the participants to apply the tools to these examples. Of course, the question of how to use generative AI in project management will also be part of this workshop.

Participants will be actively involved and work on different tasks throughout the workshop.
