It is difficult to meet job expectations without having mastered at least basic project management skills – no matter whether you work in industry or in science and research.
Project management skills are required in many different fields and will be helpful in organizing your own scientific project. The workshop introduces basic tools and terms, IT-tools and a glimpse of new trends such as agile project management. Still the focus will be how to use these tools to structure and plan the different tasks related to scientific qualification.
We will ask for experiences and examples from the participants to apply the tools to these examples. Participants will be actively involved and work on different tasks throughout the workshop
