The DocDay focuses on delivering concise insights, inspiring ideas, and valuable networking opportunities — all centered on the skills and challenges of pursuing a PhD.

Held in person, the event offers participants the chance to build stronger connections and engage directly with key members of TU Dortmund University.

The event will be hosted at IBZ, TU Dortmund on January 22th 2026 starting at 10 a.m. The event language is English.

The DocDay is organised by the Graduate Center and is open to everyone interested or currently pursuing a doctorate at TU Dortmund University. Participation is free of charge.
