Module 1: Identity - Which scientist do I choose to be?
The first part of the workshop will focus on:
- Scientist identities beyond excellence myths
- Values, motives, and personal definitions of success
- Identity clarification
- Role narratives vs. inherited scripts
- “What I stand for / What I no longer optimize for”
Output: Personal Scientist Identity Statement
Module 2: Roles - From single role to responsibility portfolio
The second part of the workshop will focus on:
- Role portfolios and implicit expectations
- Explicit vs. implicit expectations
- Role conflicts and overload patterns: Research, leadership, teaching, service, administration, transfer
- Role mapping (current vs. desired)
- Responsibility ownership analysis
Output: Role Portfolio Map and Stop-Doing List
